We offer creative menus that make use of local ingredients from Aizu over a three-month period.Spring is "asparagus".In summer, it's tomatoes.Autumn is all about rice.In winter, it's "Aizu Jidori".Our restaurant uses organically grown "Koshihikari" rice, which won the Special Excellence Award at the International Rice Taste Analysis Appraisal Contest!We offer "Kamagohan" (715 yen) that is cooked right in front of you.

Local production for local consumption! We also have sake from the local Aizu brewery.
